The Client: A large International corporation who had recently relocated to Sydney from another Australian Capital City and were keen to bring their highly skilled staff with them.
The Challenge: The client wanted to make the transition as smooth as possible for staff who were leaving friends and family to pursue their career. They also wanted to make sure that staff had sufficient information to make informed decisions about where they wanted to live in Sydney. Their budgets ranged from low range to high end rental accommodation.
The Solution: Janet developed an orientation program to show each staff member locations that were an easy commute to their new workplace and tailored to suit their needs such as proximity to schools, a surf beach or a buzzy café community.
The Outcomes: This individual approach resulted in a relatively fast and smooth transition with staff resettling everywhere from the Western Suburbs of Sydney to Sydney CBD, eastern suburbs and northern beaches.
